Broken or Damaged Items

If any item arrives broken or damaged, you’ll receive a full refund immediately — no return needed.
Simply email us a photo of the damaged piece along with your order number, and we’ll take care of it right away.

Personalized Jewellery

Our personalized and engraved pieces are handcrafted exclusively for you, making them non-returnable and non-refundable.
If your personalized item arrives damaged, we’ll replace or refund it immediately.
